First Bath!

Giving Jake his first bath was not an easy task! He wasn't too fond of it. And wouldn' t you know it... he peed on himself right after bath time was over!

First photo session

With lots of extra time on my hands I decided to give Jake his first photo session! He did so well! He only peed once and pooped once. Guess that's what I get for leaving him naked!

Welcome Jake Philip Eberwein!

After 5 days in the hospital we are finally home! We welcomed Baby Jake into this world on Monday July 12 at 7:47 am via c-section. Just like his mom, he was impatient and came 2 days early. He just couldn't wait any longer for Dr. Seals to get back from vacation. Jake had a bit of a rough start and had to be put on an IV because of low gluclose levels. He is now doing wonderfully! We are so relieved and grateful to have him at home. Let the fun begin!!!!!!

39 weeks and counting! Baby Eberwein is about to arrive! He is more active than ever! His kicks are pretty strong. We think he might become a soccer player or punter......

Almost there!

Well, it is hard to believe.....9 more days (or less) until we become parents! The baby's room is ready, car seat bases are installed, and the pack n' play is up. All we need is a name and the baby!
