Jake's Buggy Birthday!

The night before Jake's birthday I decorated his door!  When he got up in the morning he was able to enjoy this birthday morning surprise!

 Jake decided to crawl under it rather than run through it in order to keep the decorations up.

 Jake is such a big boy!  This mighty 3 year old is such a sweet boy and loves.....

 On his birthday we spent the day at the Jump Yard!  It is one of his favorite places to go.

 Jake got a free slushy, a crown, and a huge bouncy ball for celebrating his day there.

 Later that night it was time to open presents!

 He got a lot of cool gifts like a new camera

 and even a bell and a helmet for.....

 his new bike!!!!

 The next day it was party time!  Jake had a "bug" themed party !

We ate "buggy" food!

We made a "buggy" craft!

And we played "buggy" games!

It was then time to open presents!  

Jake got a lot of really cool gifts, like Legos, a slip n' slide, and a really neat remote control Jeep!



Finally it was time to sing "Happy Birthday"!  

Jake was so excited to blow out his candles on his Catepillar cake!

"After all that fun, it was finally time to play with my new toys!"

3 year and 3 month pics

I took the boys in for pics today!  Thank goodness for Grandma and Grandpa!  They helped to keep the kids under control and even helped me decide on which adorable pictures to pick. :)

3 Months!

I know that I am going to say this every month, but I can't believe Cole is 3 months already!  He continues to be an excellent sleeper and now loves to coo, squeal, and giggle!

 

The Little Reds

Jake is playing t-ball this summer!

 Jake is super excited because Madyson is on his team and Daddy is the coach.

 Jake is learning skills along the way. Hitting and throwing the ball is hard work, but it helps that daddy is there!

Bonfires, Spring Mist, and Memphis Kiddie Park

Summer has been busy, busy, busy!  We have definitely been keeping the boys occupied with plenty to do!

Making smores is one of Jake's favorite things to do during a bonfire.  He even showed Cole the proper way to eat marshmallows!

 

SPRING MIST FARM

 Yeah!  Spring Mist is finally open for the summer!  Jake was excited to ride Buttercup and feed all of his old friends.

 

TOUCH A TRUCK

 Touch a Truck is back!  Grandma, Grandpa, Aunt Dana, Ava, and Aaron all met us there to see the trucks. Jake loves the school bus and says he can't wait to go to school one day! (We will see  how long that lasts.... :) )

 

 

MEMPHIS KIDDIE PARK



 "Hello Kiddie Park" (as Jake calls it) was also open for the season. Grandma and Grandpa treated the grandkids for a fun filled night of rides and excitement.

 Cole didn't even know what he was missing!

 Daddy and Grandpa even got in on some riding fun!

 The "Silly Cars" were Jake's favorite ride!
